Susan Falzone has been an administrative manager for more than 15 years and during that time her functions included the management of the affairs of the organizations for which she worked.  Throughout, her personal mission was to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization through systemized process analysis and change.

In the past five (5) years Susan retired from full-time work and has worked part-time as an Administrative Support contractor, a part-time Instructor, a Virtual Assistant, and has contracted with multiple companies to provide administrative services.

Anna Nedock, Reverse Mortgage Loan Originator, HUD/FHA Senior Retirement Specialist 

With over 20 years of experience in the Reverse Mortgage industry, Anna Nedock finally determined to open AMERA Reverse Mortgage, Inc., her own business.  Their loan processor has over seven years in the Title Industry and over six years of processing Reverse Mortgages.  She is highly detailed and submits complete files to the Underwriters, which makes our loan process go more seamlessly.

Anna has licenses in Colorado, California and Florida, and is scheduled to expand those to Virginia, Texas, and Maryland.  Her career credentials include working with Wells Fargo, AAG, Hightech Lending, Inc., Approval Reverse Mortgage, and others.
With a BA in Education, Anna is also a certified reverse mortgage educator, so if you have heard about reverse mortgages but don’t really understand what they are, then please contact us.  She has been educating individuals on how Reverse Mortgages work, providing updated rule changes, qualifications, and providing genuine assistance to borrowers for over twelve (12) years.
